Mike is a Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist and has been working in the Orthotics and Prosthetics field since 1983. He received his Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology from UCLA. He continued his post graduate studies at Northwestern Medical School where he completed their Orthotics and Prosthetics program. In 1985 he received his Orthotics certification from the American Board for Certification (ABC) and in 1986 received his Prosthetic certification.
In 2001 Mike joined SCOPe and works out of the office in the city of Orange. He has worked in the Orange County area since 1990. He has great experience working with all ages and populations. His specialty area is providing prosthetic care to above knee amputees. Mike believes that quality care is achieved by listening to each person’s individual needs. He continues to further his education and training and has completed many additional courses including; MAS Socket Design, C-Leg, Rheo Knee, and Adaptive Microprocessor Knee.
Mike was born in La Mesa California and has lived his whole life in Southern California. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and coaching baseball.
