After graduating from UCLA in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science
degree in Biology, Randall completed a certificate program in orthotics
and prosthetics at the same university. He received his ABC (American
Board for Certification in Orthotics & Prosthetics) certification
in 1979. He came to San Diego in 1991, and quickly established
himself as a competent, devoted prosthetist. In 1994, he became
Clinical Operations Director for Nova Care/Hanger, and in February,
2001 he joined SCOPe and became Prosthetic Specialist on its Tri-city
Team. When he's not in the office, Randall enjoys spending time
with his family, playing golf, and skiing.
