After completing his Bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnic State University in 1993, Stephen continued his education at Century College in Minnesota earning certificates in both orthotics and prosthetics. He was certified by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics (ABC) by 1998 and subsequently worked with Rehab Designs of America for five years specializing in adult geriatric care in both Orthotics and Prosthetics.
Joining the SCOPe team in 2000, Stephen increased his pediatric practice as well as post-polio care while at their headquarters in Kearny Mesa. In August 2005, Stephen assumed the position of manager at SCOPe’s Chula Vista office.
Stephen’s free time is dedicated to his wife and two children. They enjoy swimming, hiking, bicycling and traveling.
