Michael is a Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist. He has been working in the Orthotics and Prosthetics field since 1990. Michael first became interested in the field after spending time with his aunt who was an amputee. He attended Cal State Dominguez Hills for his Orthotic and Prosthetic education and graduated in 1999. He received his Orthotics certification from the American Board for Certification (ABC) in 2002 and his Prosthetic certification in 2003.
Michael worked as a manager for an O&P facility (Hanger) for 6 years in the Los Angeles area before coming to work for SCOPe.
In 2007 Michael joined SCOPe and opened up a new office in Temecula. He enjoys working with all populations and takes pride in providing a caring, personal touch to all he works with. He enjoys working in all aspects of the field and strives to successfully address each individuals needs. He has taken many additional courses some of which include: C-Leg, Compact, Otto Bock Myobock, Flex Foot, Ohio Willow Wood, Oregon Orthotic System, I-Limb, WalkAide, Insignia and Hanger Band,
Michael was born and raised in Southern California. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, surfing, snowboarding, and working with his hands and being involved with his community.
