Bert is a graduate of Shelby State Community College
with an associate of applied science degree in prosthetics. He also
has a technical degree in prosthetics from Cerritos College in Norwalk
California. In 1988 Bert received his ABC certification in prosthetics.
He owned and operated his own practice in La Mesa until 2001. He
joined SCOPe in July of 2001 as a managing partner of the El Centro
and La Mesa offices.
Bert is a native of San Diego. He enjoys spending
time with his wife, 4 children, surfing and going to the river.
