Garry is a Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist and has been working in the field since 1984. He became interested in Orthotics and Prosthetics in high school when he worked during the summers at a friends company. In 1981 he earned his Bachelors degree in Physical Education from Cal State Dominguez Hills. He continued his post graduate education and in 1983 completed the Orthotic program at Rancho Los Amigos Medical Center. Ten years later he completed the Prosthetic program at Northwestern University. In 1985 he received his Orthotic certification from the American Board for Certification (ABC) and in 1998 received his Prosthetic certification.
In 1998 Garry joined SCOPe. He worked in the Mission Viejo office for 6 years, and then opened the Laguna Woods office in 2004. His specialties include; working with the geriatric population, children and scoliosis bracing. Garry believes that having good listening skills is important in providing quality care. He has completed many additional courses including; WalkAide, C-Leg, Rheo Knee, Charleston Bending Brace.
Garry was born and raised in Southern California. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, karate and skiing.
