Medical Billing Office

Leading Orthotics & Prosthetics Company based in San Diego is currently seeking a full-time Billing Account Representative.

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to efficiently manage high volume billings
  • Strong ability to multi-task and problem solve
  • Must be a team oriented individual
  • Minimum 1 year experience with medical insurance billing (CMS-1500)
  • Familiarity with Medicare, Medi-Cal, HMO, PPO & W/C payers is a plus
  • Good computer skills are essential and Medical Manager knowledge is a plus

Leading Orthotics & Prosthetics Company based in San Diego is currently seeking a full-time Front Office Administrator for our East County location.

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

  • Knowledge of medical office procedures in the Orthotics and Prosthetics field (a plus) (scheduling, greeting patients and preparing patient charts)
  • Insurance authorization and verification experience (a must)
  • Ability to answer multiple phone lines
  • Strong ability to multi-task and problem solve
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a team oriented individual
  • Good computer skills are essential (Medical Manager a plus)
  • Must be Bi-lingual
